Trachoma Elimination Programme launched at Centre

On 18th November 2014, The Uganda ministry of Health launched , 
Uganda Trachoma Elimination Programme for Busoga and Karamoja Regions in Eastern Uganda. The Programme is sponsored by The Queen Elizabeth Diamond Jubilee Trust Trachoma Initiative. The Launch was done at Kagoma Primary School in Jinja District, 2 Kilometres from Nambi Sseppuuya Community Resource Centre. 

In fulfillment of her mission, Fighting Illiteracy, Ignorance, Poverty and Disease, Nambi Sseppuuya Community Resource Centre through one of her Member groups, Nambi Women Club
 participated in the launching activities. The women entertained the audience through music, dance and drama informing those present how this blinding disease can be avoided.
